This recently found hypogeum located between the trullo and the building, is used as a small amphitheater for shows.

According to Domenico Rajola Pescarini, various cavities opened on its sides. Currently there are only two of them and a well on the opposite front to the access one. Here too you can see graves in sections. At the ceiling of the largest cavity, numerous bones of small animals are embedded in the stone: probably they were used to hang bunches of aromatic herbs to be dried. The rainwater that collects in the courtyard is conveyed to a cistern located in the left corner.
